Context :

This project aims to develop a service request management application (GLPI ticketing system) using Agile methodology. Four tickets have been submitted by end users and must be processed according to a defined process: analysis, problem identification, creation of a correction branch, testing, and merging with the main branch.

This project was completed over a period of: 4 weeks - 4 hours/week
